There is a refundable security deposit of $50.00 for small units and a $100.00 refundable deposit for Deluxe Units.
A $100.00 key deposit is also added to Deluxe 20' x 45' units with walk-in doors.

Enclosed unit with concrete floor and 8' x 8' roll up door. Ceiling height is approximately 10' high.

Use this space to store contents of a small house, two bedroom apartment, or large storage shed.

A $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit will be added to first months rent.

All spaces are angled to allow for easy pull-through, back-up and pullout.

A $25.00 refundable security deposit is required for each space.

*Space size allows for excess length due to front hitch and rear ladder/spare tire. Average space is approximately 4 to 6 feet longer than indicated. Please measure the entire over all length (OAL) to insure your trailer, camper, boat or RV will fit without stick-out.

Back-Up Open Lot Space* (20 x 12 x 14)

Back-Up Parking spaces available for a variety of Trailer, Boat and Vehicle sizes.

A $25.00 refundable deposit will be added to first months rent.
